Leg Extension Machine

Leg Extension machines are used for leg extension exercises. The exercise targets the quadriceps muscles of the thigh, i.e., vastus muscles and rectus femoris. The leg extension is similar to squatting; however, the significant distinction is that the legs are stationary in the formal while the latter allows free movement of the legs during the activity.
