We take a holistic approach to improving our athlete’s performance. We use our own data, systems, and principles based on our athletes to help improve performance. We’ve worked with thousands of youth, high school, ESPN’s top 100, D1 All American and Pro Athletes and tailor any training program to fit the needs of any individual walking in our doors.

Your Genetic Potential

We take a global approach to building the modern athlete. Every athlete that walks through our doors will be put through our VH assessment in which we look for movement deficiencies, potential injuries, speed profiling, strength, and conditioning. Whether you are an individual or team, everyone goes through our VH Performance System.
