Since 2006 we have helped 1000’s of youth athletes improve their speed, strength and performance while greatly reducing the incidence of sports related injuries AND SKYROCKETING THEIR CONFIDENCE.
We remove all the guesswork from athletic performance training. Our custom training plans are tailored towards injury proofing young athletes, getting them stronger, faster, and improving their self-confidence going into their respective sports season.
We train athletes aged 11 – to professional athletes in semi-private group classes. The size of groups is always limited to ensure quality control of the sessions.
Many of our athletes have gone on to reach the pinnacle of their sports playing professionally, winning National Championships, and/or getting scholarships.
But the REAL WIN is seeing how the values instilled by training; Hard Work, Consistency, and Commitment has transcended all other areas of their lives forever.

THIS PROGRAM IS FOR YOUR CHILD IF:
- They want to get better at sports but struggle because of lack of speed, strength or stamina.
- They eat more junk food than healthy food and you need another voice to help them understand how important a healthy diet is during these developmental years.
- They need to improve their confidence and you want them to start to get better at recovering from their mistakes.
- They’re doing pretty good right now but want to take their performance in their sport to a higher level
