I have that day written down.

That’s the day I decided to make a real breakthrough change.

I’ve always been meticulous about my training and nutrition.

However, I felt I had more to give.  I strive to be an example to my athletes and the community of likeminded adults who all share one common goal; self-improvement.

How could I ask others to do what I’m not willing to do myself?

You have a “Why” behind every endeavor. Why do you choose to eat unhealthily, when healthy is an option? Why do you procrastinate when action is an option?

I wanted to hold myself accountable and push myself beyond what many believe is possible to set an example as a leader in the field.

I had my wedding coming up September 15th, 2018. I needed to give myself plenty of time to prepare for the big day. For me, it was not only a great reason to get in the best shape of my life but also a reason to find a system that was sustainable for the rest of my life.

I know you don’t want to track every calorie you eat, every rep you complete, and everything else in between.

You want to enjoy the foods you like, train only 3-4x a week, enjoy your weekends, and still be able to see a real break-through change.

The System used allowed me to lose 30 lbs of body fat and ONLY 2.5 lbs of muscle over the course of 8 months. Put 135lbs combined on my squat, deadlift, overhead press, and bench all while LOSING weight, enjoying the foods I loved, and going out regularly on the weekends.
